Shipping Terms
We deliver within Germany, Austria, Switzerland, as well as to the following EU member states: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic.
Minimum order value: €130 net
Shipping Costs
- Germany: €9.00 net
- Austria and other EU countries: €18.00 net
For an order value of €400 net or more, we offer free shipping within Germany, Austria, and other EU countries.
Delivery is carried out by DHL or a comparable shipping service provider.
Delivery Time
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- EU countries and Switzerland: 3–7 business days
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, dispatch takes place within the delivery times stated above. Delivery may be delayed in the event of high order volumes.
If products with different delivery times are ordered, the delivery will be made in a single consolidated shipment. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Payment Terms
Payment by invoice within 14 days net.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
All prices are net plus statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Information for Business Customers
Orders can only be placed in packaging units (cartons).
All our products are available both loose (bulk) and pre-packaged – optionally in neutral packaging or as a private label with your own branding.
